Yoga at Steel Lotus

The word "Yoga" means to yoke, unite, connect; we aim to help make that connection between mind and body on and off the mat. Yoga is a great way to improve your balance, posture, flexibility and coordination. Our classes will include a series of physical poses, breathing techniques, deep stretches and relaxation. All classes are accessible for any fitness level and can help improve your CrossFit workouts or any fitness routine. Our goal is to share Yoga with this Community in hopes it will deepen connections and improve overall wellness.
